Design proofs are typically provided in 2–3 days. Kits ship approximately 5–7 days before your event with a prepaid return label.

Projection Size Guide

Every venue is different, so the size of your monogram depends on how far back the projector is placed. This guide is based on our standard long-throw lens, which produces approximately 1 ft of image width for every 2.8 ft of distance. Everything can be customized to ensure it is exactly the way you want the image to be but these are the defaults.

How to use this chart

Find the approximate distance from where the projector will sit to the wall or floor where you’d like your monogram, then match it to the estimated image width. On site, our projector can still be moved slightly closer or farther to fine-tune the size.

  • 10–15 ft distance – ideal for 3.5–5.5 ft wide monograms.
  • 20–30 ft distance – perfect for large feature walls and ballrooms.
  • We’re happy to recommend a size based on your room layout and photos.

Rule of thumb: for every 2.8 ft back, the projection grows about 1 ft in width.

We can adjust everything to match the exact look you’re going for. This chart simply shows the default setups.
