Rental Packages & Weekly Rates
Choose the projector that fits your space. All rentals are billed weekly. Ask about discounts when purchasing gobos with your rental. Most projectors ship immediately. Some models may require a short lead time — we’ll confirm availability with your request.
Mini 80W LED Projector
Small rooms and intimate events. Ideal for monograms and close-range projection.
Small 150W LED Projector
Weddings, retail, and small events. Bright, reliable, and easy to deploy.
Small–Med 300W LED Projector
Medium spaces and brighter environments. Produces larger, more visible images.
Medium 600W LED Projector
Large indoor spaces or longer throw distances. Strong output for bold projections.
Med-High 800W LED Power (Outdoor)
Outdoor signage, facades, and larger surfaces with low to moderate ambient light.
High-Power HTI 1200/2500W (Outdoor)
City events, large buildings, and long-distance projection requiring serious output.
Notes: Prices shown are weekly rates and exclude shipping. All rentals require a refundable security deposit (amount depends on projector).
Dynamic Effects: Built-in rotation and dynamic effects are available on 800W Outdoor and 1200W–2500W HTI projectors. Smaller models can support dynamic effects with a special-order setup (+$175).
Availability: Most projectors ship immediately. Some models may require a short lead time to prepare and allocate for your rental — we’ll confirm timing when you request your date.

When your rental ends, place everything back in the case and use the prepaid return label for a simple return.
