Each rental will arrive a few days before your event. After your event, simply return the projector to a UPS using prepaid return label.
Every venue is different, so the size of your monogram depends on how far back the projector is placed. This guide is based on our standard long-throw lens, which produces approximately 1 ft of image width for every 2.8 ft of distance. Everything can be customized to ensure it is exactly the way you want the image to be but these are the defaults.
Find the approximate distance from where the projector will sit to the wall or floor where you’d like your monogram, then match it to the estimated image width. On site, our projector can still be moved slightly closer or farther to fine-tune the size.
Rule of thumb: for every 2.8 ft back, the projection grows about 1 ft in width.
We can adjust everything to match the exact look you’re going for. This chart simply shows the default setups.

Remember: the more ambient light or color density in the gobo, the more brightness you’ll need. For dance floors, we typically recommend 80W to keep it elegant and comfortable for guests. For walls, we recommend 150W, which delivers a bold, photo-ready logo while keeping the atmosphere classy.

Pricing: While pricing for singular gobos start at $95, you can get a deal by purchasing one of these packages from the Bronze to the Luxe to cover you from intimate dance floors to outdoor facades.
Tip: For dance floors 80w is recommended to avoid glare in guests’ eyes.
Tip: More ambient light may require a higher wattage projector in order to counteract that amount of light.
